Following the THREAD of Desire

Curiosity meets pleasure

Desire as healing. Choice as medicine.

Following the THREAD of Desire

A 5-Hour Online Course

What if your desires weren’t asking you to do something, but to listen more closely?

Following the THREAD of Desire is an online, experiential course designed to help you understand the deeper meaning beneath your turn-ons, longings, and fantasies. Rather than focusing on behavior or performance, this course invites you into a slower, more attuned relationship with desire; one rooted in curiosity, agency, and nervous system awareness.

Desire often organizes around a recurring felt experience: a way we want to feel alive, connected, powerful, safe, free, seen, or surrendered. When we learn how to track this emotional through-line, desire becomes less confusing or shame-laden, and more informative, flexible, and integrated.

This course offers a trauma-informed, sex-positive framework for exploring erotic desire symbolically, without pressure to enact or explain it. Whether your relationship with desire feels vibrant, complicated, dormant, or tender, you’re welcome here.

What You’ll Explore

Using the THREAD framework that Jaime has designed, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a process of listening to desire with care and precision:

  • Tease out the recurring felt experience beneath your turn-ons

  • Honor what you discover with curiosity, your wisdom is brilliant

  • Refine the emotional truth of what wants to be felt

  • Explore how this feeling shows up across fantasy, memory, and relationship

  • Attune to bodily signals of resonance, safety, and aliveness

  • Deepen integration by relating to desire consciously, symbolically, and with choice

Throughout the course, desire is treated as meaningful information; not instruction, diagnosis, or demand.

How This Course Is Held

This work is grounded in principles from somatic modalities, familial historical blueprints, and contemporary sex-positive frameworks, including the lineage of Jack Morin’s work on erotic meaning. The container is intentionally slow, optional, and supportive of individual pacing.

There is:

  • no requirement to share personal material

  • no expectation to act on what arises

  • no assumption that desire must be linked to trauma

Instead, we focus on building a respectful, curious relationship with desire as it is, allowing it to become a source of insight, vitality, and choice.

Who This Course Is For

  • Individuals curious about their erotic inner world

  • Therapists, coaches, and practitioners wanting a clean, ethical framework for working with desire

  • Anyone seeking a more compassionate, spacious relationship with longing, arousal, and aliveness

No prior experience is required, only a willingness to listen gently.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the five hours, you’ll have:

  • a clearer understanding of the emotional patterns that shape your desire

  • tools to engage with erotic material without shame or pressure

  • increased capacity to stay present with intensity and meaning

  • a framework you can return to whenever desire feels confusing or alive

Desire doesn’t need to be solved.
It needs room, respect, and relationship.

Following the THREAD of Desire is an invitation to meet desire not as something to chase or control, but as something to follow, slowly and consciously, toward greater aliveness.
